The following training plans have been developed to help our members prepare for upcoming races! If you have questions, contact the Beginner Advisor or Intermediate Advisor. You must be a member to receive the password. If you are a member but do not have the password, please contact the Membership Advisor.

There is no official BAM training schedule, but there are many group sessions organized by our members.

- Wednesday Bricks - 6:00 pm - USRA Parking Lot off Middlebrook near Bay Area Blvd
- Saturday Runs - 7:00 am - check DB for location(s) and distances
- Saturday Rides - 7:00 am - check DB for location(s) and distances
- Sunday Rides - 7:00 am - check DB for location(s) and distances
